Torrid

It never occurred to me, as a size 8, to shop at Torrid but I'm so, so glad I did. They have shoes that fit my EXTRA WIDE feet!! Oh happy day ud83eudd17 Every sales associate was unbelievably helpful and informative. I was actually able to find leggings in my size too(I'm bottom heavy) and so for the first time in my life, I'm wearing leggings without feeling like I'm busting out of them. Torrid has a new customer for life!

Store has plenty of space to move around. Hand sanitizer available as you walk in. Social distancing concerns are addressed with signage. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic.

Excellent..so many wonderful choices..and pricing was very friendly!

The employees were very nice and helpful. The manager was helpful and understanding. They went above and beyond for me.

I have been shopping at Torrid stores for many years and this is the first Torrid that I was ignored. The staff did not greet me when I entered the store and didn’t ask me if I needed any assistance. I shop at Torrid because of the quality of their clothing and great customer service but not at this store! The staff was standing around talking or rather gossiping with each other while I was standing within 2 feet of them. They were even standing in front of the dresses and didn’t attempt to move when I was trying to look at them!! (Rude). I have $300 in torrid cash and intended to use it but I was just ready to get away from these unprofessional ladies.
