Honestly, Vans makes pretty good shoes and I found a lot of good deals in the store. Here were some of my frustrations, though.nThe shoes were tied together with some type of cable, so you cannot walk around in them until you buy them. Also, the shoes don't come pre-laced so it leaves you to lace them. I would like to mention that I am terrible at lacing, so it was hard. Also, they don't arrange shoes by model, so it is a gamble to find the shoes you want. Searching by model is much easier.nLet's talk customer service: excellent. I asked for a specific pair of shoes that they didn't have and they brought them out of the back for me. Overall, my experience at vans was good. I got a pair of shoes for 25$, and that was an amazing deal.
the store was clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I called ahead and they held the last pair of the sneakers I was looking for until I got there. I did expect prices to be a little better being at an outlet but they were the same as online. all in all, it's a good store.
Good selection and friendly floor staff. Pretty well maintained. Most outlet shoe stores I've been to tend to be a disaster (merchandise everywhere).
Prices pretty good. Service very good. New location is bigger. Set up is cleaner and more organized!
Shoe selection was lacking and low, but a great spot for all kinds of sneakers and comfortable T shirts
