Very friendly employees they all were interested in my needs and my style

Store personnel were very friendly and attentive. They also seem to be falling all CDC guidelines correctly.

Such a great j crew and an even better staff!! They are super friendly and very patient. There was a very difficult customer while we were in the store and despite this customer insulting literally all the staff- the staff remained calm and graceful. Much more patience than I would have had!!nnGreat sales and friendly people.nnThanks so much guys

So I went to exchange a shirt for a larger size even exchange you think that would be easy NOT .I walk in and The Manager Jennifer looks at the shirt Sees a Lacoste emblem and immediately sent me next door tells me I'm in the wrong store so I said really my daughter said she got it at J Crew I guess my daughter got mixed up I said well at least there next door and laughed. The gentleman at Lacoste actually looked at the product and explained to me that it is in fact a Lacoste brand but it was made for J Crew and I said they sent me over here. I go back to J Crew and explained to Jennifer that this is there shirt show her the tag she turns around starts pulling drawers open on the back counter I said what are you doing Jennifer said I'm about to show you I'm looking for the tool used to put the tag on anybody that works retail can get that tool I said are you kidding me seriously you think I put that tag on did I also sew the tag in the collar that says made for J Crew In Peru this woman accused me of putting tags on clothing your Customer Service skills are horrible and then to tell me I'm trying to start an argument with you and you don't have to take this and to tell me you have been there 9 years big mistake you had the audacity to act like I'm trying to get something for nothing remember even exchange I could care less how long you have been there to humiliate me in front of customers and then realize you are wrong and to call other stores trying to take care of this and explaining the situation and how much you don't want this to go any further woman you are very lucky that I don't get an attorney and sue your company for the horrible and humiliating experience defamation of character . I will never ever buy anything from J Crew just because of your horrible service. I hope the next time a customer comes in for and exchange or a refund you handle it in a professional manner as your assistant did please by all means learn from her She should be the Manager not you!

This place has some really nice clothes as a AMAZING STAFF i never leave there without a smile on my face
