I am new to Marshallton neighborhood. We are just 2 adults and 2 little dogs. They issued me two 96 gallon cans and they have not picked up since i moved in. But after making first payment, i still got another bill. Why not do your job and i will pay for services rendered. I am not a malicious customer, give me my fair service and i will give you due stars.
I can no longer get through on the 24/7 bill pay phone #. It blanks out. I do not receive my paper invoice anymore, Why?
Work there for over 8 years , my last year was the WORST! It's a Dictatorship style Management. The good ol boys club. Just talk with the drivers that come on to the site, especially some of those Owner operators. The Waste Management Newport Drivers don't even like going to this site! Don't get me wrong the site over-all looks better now than when I started. It's just the so called leadership that's there (the good fellow) All lower case just to show I could not respect that style of leadership, that's why I just walked away with no explanation. Giving them back what they give me!
Exceptional Sevices, Excellent Employees
Your service was late every week and my bill shot up to $98.22 quarterly and as a parting gift from waste management there going to bill me $50.00 to remove there trash can from my home. Waste management I was a good on time paying customer for years thank you.
