They have a good selection. These days, you don't expect the salespeople to be around or know anything about the shoes, so don't expect more than that here.

I used to shop at FF all the time when I lived in white marsh and the store there was great. Jamie was the manager I believe and she always helped me out finding the right shoe. Now I live up here and I go to this store but its not the same. They should bring her up to this store to teach good customer service, the ones up here would not even walk me to what I was asking for. They just pointed

Mary at the Christiana location was very accommodating with my purchase issue.nI have to order online due to the size i need to purchase. I ordered a few weeks ago and the shoes came in one size box but the shoes were a different size. Returned to the store reordered. Last week the shoes came once again, same issue, same box and same tissue paper. I was very upset that they just reissued the same order. Went to the store today got bogo offer and a coupon. Mary was very professional and is an asset to this location. Christiana is a very hard area to work in with the customer service as myself manage a retail location. She should be thanked for providing excellent service. I didn't give 4 stars due to the online ordering issue only.
