Food was decent. Hostess was rude. Ended up speaking to manager.

Julia was our server and did a great job. We did have to send back our soup and chili because they were not hot enough. Everything in our meals were delicious and hot. I would recommend this CHILI’S to anyone and everyone

Chili's which is located at the Christiana Fashion Center in Newark, Delaware, is a fantastic restaurant. It's clean and the restaurant has a contemporary interior and relaxed and casual ambiance. The staff is attentive and friendly and I had a marvelous and ebullient, fun, and charming server named Zack. He did a great job with handling all the orders with impeccable panache that my friends and I made. He answered all our questions that we had about the menu items. This place is akin to Applebee's but I truly had a better and much more superb experience here! Very recommended!

Not from this area, about 90 minutes from where I live. It was the closest place I could find giving free meal to vets. So on a rainy evening this place was packed as best they could be with Covid restrictions.nThe waiter was friendly and honest and the food was good. If in the area I will be returning

This establishment lacks proper management and personell. There are a number of other places to go in the vicinity, dont waste your time here. I walked in to a packed lobby, which is to be expected for a Friday night. The hostess said it would be about 15 minutes for a table, which was odd because there were plenty of open seats in the dining room as well as the bar area. As the lobby continued to fill with more people and no one was being seated I asked the hostess why there were so many open tables yet so many people standing around waiting for a table. She said she was taking her time to seat everyone because there was only one waiter in the bar area. I asked if there was only one waiter for the dining room to which she replied no. Another couple walked in, decided not to wait in line, and seated themselves in the bar area at which point I told the hostess I would just seat myself. After being seated we ordered drinks and waited 30 minutes for them. After asking the waiter he said they didn't have any clean glasses. I asked why the people who came in after us and seated themselves were served their food and drinks he told me he'd get his manager. A woman came to the table explaining they didn't have any glasses to make our drinks. I asked why others had been served drinks if they didn't have any glasses. She said they were out of glasses for the kind of drinks we ordered. I asked her which drinks did they have glasses for and she couldn't answer so she got her manager. This manager said she could make our drinks but that they might be in a glass that's larger than the drink and we agreed that that was fine. All in all, we were there for over two hours waiting on food and drinks.
