The lobster mac and cheese was amazing there, the chairs were not the most comfortable
Amazing food with amazing beer. The atmosphere is really relaxing and laid back with music and the candle light dinner. It's also not a big place which isn't a bad thing. The fact that it's small means less crowd which means it's less noisy then other larger restaurants. Definitely recommend going at least once a month.
I was looking forward to this dining experience and it did not disappoint. A tremendous beer menu, wonderful ciders, and such a hearty, satisfying menu. I recommend the Shepherd's Pie, which comes out looking like a mountain of mash potatoes smothered in gravy. The Jalapeño Beer Cheese soup was great as well. My wife was hesitant, but we both left thoroughly impressed. This place is a gem. Beautifully decorated with wood floors, rafters, and miniature ship models. If you are tired of the traditional Americana menu, take a step back in time and indulge in this incredible colonial fare.
American food at this location - delicious. Don't worry if it's busy, it is worth the wait. Next time I'll be back with my coworkers. The bill won't break you. Atmosphere is similar to a cafe in San Jose I loved.
