On 4/19/19 I contacted the Claymont office for help in pulling a permit for a tankless water heater. A visit by a Moon representative was scheduled and conducted on 4/15/19. For more than two weeks, no one contacted me or returned my calls. When I finally reached someone last week, I was told that they do not work on tankless water heaters! The total lack of customer service ensures that I will never use Moon Plumbing again.
I have been dealing with Charles Moon Plumbing for years on work related plumbing issues. They are by far the best in the business - always professional, honest, reliable and provide fast service no matter what the job requires.
