Kay Supply in Taylor is more willing to work with you on pricing. But they do not have decking material. We were referred to Show Low. Quality products but prices a little high. Found comparable at Home Depot and Lowes for less money.
Good products. Slow service.
Kay Supply is the place to go for all of your materials. If your going to do it yourself, then listen to them on how to install the product. If you install it wrong, it's your own fault. If you want it installed they can get that done for you as well. They are a great company and have received many business awards. Don't be fooled by handyman installers that don't know the product.
Kay Supply in Show Low has poor customer service and you’ll be disappointed when using them. The owner, Brian Kay, forgot to place my order with his distributor, then after ordering the shipment didn’t arrive as promised on 2 different occasions. The wrong arrival date caused me to reschedule a work crew. Later when discussing with Brian about making a second order for an item I was interested in, he told me he would get information about the item from his distributor and get back to me. He never called me back, so left 2 messages at his store and a text message on his mobile phone asking what he learned. To this date, he hasn’t returned my messages. Brian seems more interested in talking on his phone about sports/hunting than providing service to his customers. You’ll be happier going somewhere else, even a big box store.
