This is my home branch and I have only had good experiences there. So my 2 star review is not associated with this Chadds Ford branch. However my experience with this bank online and their online customer service has been awful! What has happen to this bank?? 40 mins to talk to a customer service rep Really! Not once always! I won't even get started on all the other little things that make this banking experience laughable. Get it together TD! You were once my favorite bank. The ONLY reason I still have an account there is that it is secondary.
Excellent service and the staff is very knowledgeable.
Always professional! Love the fact that I deal with people not machines even during the hours that most banks are closed.
TD bank opens on Sundays and longer time than others. Most convenient bank as it says!
