M&T Bank

I stopped in to order checks not my usual branch the person who took care of me was not very cordial acted like he had something better to do approximately two weeks ago I called this morning at customer service they tell me that there's no record of me even doing this, I'm a little disappointed and frustrated been banking with M&T for a long time now I have to do all this extra today with my busy schedule so everybody double check everything!!! Not pleased with this Branch at all

This bank location is a small standalone building on Concord Pike northbound. Thus far, I've found the service to be very cordial and personable. Once you get service, that is. The problem is there was only one desk representative working and the wait was long. Another problem is their bank hours are 9 to 5 weekdays with a mere few hours on Saturday, which is useful only if you don't have a 9 to 5 job. TD Bank goes up to 7pm on certain weekdays, at least.

Really bad customer service. MTB need to get rid off the manager and all of the tellers at this branch. THEY SEEM RACIST.nnI am just trying to take my $$$ from the account-I was not closing the account. I tell them I am pressed for time,- But teller tells me that I do not check out and tells me to go use the ATM. I use the ATM to the max daily limit, then I go in for the remainder of the $$$ and now the manager also has issues.nnShe asks me sign a document and tells me they will fill it out because I am pressed for time. I tell them I am not signing a BLANK DOCUMENT.nnI presented my State issued ID, I login to my MTB online account on my phone, and confirm the recent transactions. But I got the feeling that they just did NOT like me/ my skin tone.nnFrom this experience, I will be closing this account completely, once I come back from my trip.nnFYI. I went to 2 other banks. And i was in and out with in 10 minutes with my $$$, but this branch took a combined time of 1 hour.nnWorst Bank Experience ever.

Really bad customer service. They don’t know how to talk to people respectibly . Made me want to bank elsewhere.
