Visited this store on Sunday 10/4 and immediately helped by a friendly woman to find my size in a pair of shoes I was interested in. Sadly it wasn’t until I got home and looked at the shoes that I realized there were two different prices on the bottom of the shoes. One said $139.99 and the other said $149.99. And of course I was charged for the more expensive price. It’s not worth it for me to go back to the store but from now on I’ll be double checking the shoes before I pay.
Great experience! Wonderful service and very kind. 10/10 would recommend this store to anyone looking for great products & great employees.
The store manager Cierra was wonderful, and all her associates were very attentive and helpful. Will definitely make it a point to stop by whenever we pass through Christiana :)
