The customer service was horrible. Everyone was rude and not helpful when i needed help . When i try to purchase a pair of 5.5 shoes the gentleman try to sell me 6.5 telling me it was the same and not being very polite. The service was so bad i decide to go to Footlocker to buy the same shoes. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. PRICES ARE GOOD!

For some reason the price of Nike Air Max 90s in use are cheaper online for certain colors than they are in their own store.

Would not give the price of the shoe that cost $25 different online. Also i am a Loyal reward member for over 10 years. So i went next door to champs not only they match the price but took additional $5.00 off and a free pair of socks. #ShameOnYouFinishline.

Had to track down an associate for service then had to wait 30 plus minutes for them to bring me and my husband what we requested after they asked 5 time what size and sneaker we wanted.....once they brought out mine 7.5 and I asked for a smaller size to compare they took the first pair and never brought me the other size I requested. My husband never got his size brought either. Keep in mind I called a head of time to ensure they had what I wanted and they told me they had my husband's size in store.

It was great, they've always given great military discounts and have a phenomenal staff selection.
