I love Aldo shoes. They fits so comfortable, and love there styles.
I take it back, sorry. In a short period of time I have been ordered a nice amount of shoes from them when I ordered shoes to delivery to my house never had any issue but when I ordered to pick up from the store that's when issues started pop up , They sent me some shoes that have been in accident , broken box and they didn't put any form of any kind of paper inside the shoes to keep it protected. Look at the picture and you will see for yourself .
I ordered stuff. I expressly told the manager Jamar I was leaving the state Thursday morning. One of my orders is supposed to arrive Friday morning after I have left. When I call to redirect they said to call customer service. When I did I got a machine that had no option to redirect. ud83dude31 I called the shop again and they said to come to the shop for a refund. How inconsiderate. Very poor customer service.
Don’t know who works here because no name tag, lanyard, greeting, etc. when you distinguish who it is they seem to avoid you like the plague...even when standing one foot away looking directly at them. Just uncomfortable experience and no customer service. Also argued over wanting to try a size because she insisted it will be “too big” even after requesting to try them on multiple times.
- check online! You can order your size in store with free shipping ;)n-this location has limited inventory ... they only have basic stuff ud83dude1en- staff welcomes you and definitely wants to helpn- they never have popular sizes unfortunately! (Always low stock)
