Wonderful experience with the Christiana Mall store and Nick, very knowledgeable salesperson. He was patient and enthusiastic. I will go back!

I only go to the Walking Company for my footwear. I have some issue that my podiatrist(s) cannot figure out. I’m in a lot of pain without the right footwear. Tha is to the Walking Company’s return policy (you can return with receipt as long as you haven’t worn them outside), I have been able to find shoes that keep me out of pain. On a teacher’s salary this would have never been possible if I had not been able to return a few pair after wearing them inside all day.nnThe people who work there are understanding and helpful. If you are in pain or on your feet all day, please trust me and pay a little more for good shoes. It works. And if it doesn’t, they are happy to work with you until you find something that does work. They will try new inserts or shoe types, until you are comfortable and pain free.nnAlso, it all ends up a wash in the end - cheap shoes wear out more quickly, shoes that are sold at the Walking Company usually last me a solid year.nnYou’d think I’m paid by them, but I promise I get no compensation - I just want others to be pain free.

Couldn't get the inserts for my shoes that were comfortable. They have a great return policy.
