Went in to only get kids feet sized so we could order shoes on website to get 25% off. Store matched website price. Always buy New Balances. Very pleased with the service here.

I walked in the store and the lady who favors a guy... could not give me answers... of what so ever.. I ask if she could check around to see if that had a 520 grey new balance... she stated all we have is this... if I want to call somewhere (I) not her..(i) can do so... very unhappy about this experience... need more customer service sales reps .. wish they were like the other rep who assist me all the way to the mall. 3yrs ago.. n had my shoes waiting for me in n out.. that's how it suppose to work... poor excuse for a sales rep. No assistance no purchase...

Love this store. All New Balance. Just sometimes I find something I like and they dont have my size. They dont keep many 13s in stock so I usually have to wait a couple days but they do a good job at ordering or finding them in another store, for you.

Service is excellent. The quality of the shoes is outstanding. My family is a New Balance family.

Great experience. Mike was super helpful. Loving the casual shoes and surprisingly the running shoes. Absolutely as good if not better than some of the other brands I’ve always worn. Thanks!!
