The cheddar biscuits beat every other dish we ordered. Our waitress was amazing and the service was quick.nThe food was just alright..the lobster was a little chewy, not as fresh as I'd expected. This was our first time at red lobster and I was not disappointed but not a big fan either.
Sometimes its nor about you, show others you appreciate them. Should have seen the smiles...
Our server Joe was wondering &great. Lori the manager was also wonderful and great, they both keep checking on us to make sure that we was ok and if there was anything that we needed (more refills on drinks, bread etc. Keep up the fantastic work guys!!! Great staff throughout
First I would like to say I appreciate Red Lobster because they do honor Veterans. I am a disabled Veteran that has done tours overseas. On Veterans day 11/11/20 I was not allowed to receive my food that I called in to order. When I called to order my food the call center said that I could pick up my Veteran days appetizer and that I did not have to eat in. When we get to the Red Lobster the Asian lady that works there told us that she could not give us the food (that was already ordered) and they we had to come sit down. I asked her so you can't honor what the call center said and give us are food? She did not. I drove all the way from Elkton Maryland to get that food. I was so upset about this. Going forward please make sure that the call center and the actual restaurant are all on the same page so all Veterans can receive there food.
Magda is so friendly and she was funny too ....the best service .. thanks!!
