Thank you stuff of this branch for letting realize that TD is inconvenient and cheap bank. Had 2 business accounts, going to close both, and forget about this “America’s Most Convenient Bank”
Absolutely awful. Sat in line for 40+ minutes. Stuck in drive thru. Called branch ... They did nothing. Shame on the tellers and manager for not telling the one customer who was yelling at the teller.... To come inside.
The inside ATM has been down more than it has been working more times than I can count. It's so frequent that I avoid been trying at this location if at all possible.

It’s very inconvenient that there is no sign in to show who came first so people are assisted in that order. It’s very inconvenient that after telling the teller that one of the men came in after me nd I joined the line still got assisted before me. It’s very inconvenient that I then had a 15minute wait while said person got help and teller told me my wait would be 5 minutes. It’s very inconvenient that the card making does not work. It’s very inconvenient to waste my time. I will be opening my account at another bank. My first impression I wasted my time and won’t be doing this again.
