DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE UNLIMITED TIME! I stopped in before work to make a deposit and get help logging into my business online banking. Made the deposit quickly had a seat to wait for one of the 4 people in the offices to assist me. None of the 4 people had a client and there was no one ahead of me. Yet I sat for 15 minutes waiting, I eventually had to get up and walk out so I would not be late for work.

I went to the bank to open a joint checking account and the service was very poor. When it came to knowing the COVID precautions I called the bank several times and even when to the customer service inline whom said that walking into the branch would be fine. When I went there, the lady blocked the door and didn’t ask if I had an account or even what I was there for and turned me away.nnI went there another time to inquire about a car loan and the advisor said I had no hope of getting approved and that I should just finance with the car dealership because of my credit. Which she didn’t check my credit or even ask for my account number. Considering that I’m and African-American this is very discouraging.

Unfortunately my experience is getting worse with then but with covi19 is even worse

Went to open an account and sat there for about 15 min. The guy in his office just looked at us and went about his business. Did not even asked if we needed help or a simple good morning! I get better service my local pharmacy! Went and opened and account at TD bank. You stand for service my @$$.

The employees were extremely friendly and helpful with serving my banking needs. Thank you.
