The rep I had to deal with was completely devoid of personality and genuinely seemed like he didn’t wanna be there at all. Also they really don’t have a wide selection of flavors. This store feels on its last legs.
I have spent hundreds of dollars here and never complained, however the one time i did have an issue the employees tried to brush me off. During the covid lock down i ordered juice and a set of coils from them over the phone and i have not received my package after over 2 weeks. I called them and they said they were unable to help, directing me to call back tomorrow when someone could. After speaking to the next employee the following day I was informed my package was already delivered. I was then told to email corporate if i had a problem, until i threatened a charge back on my credit card. I was then told they would call corporate and have not gotten a reply.
Place has awesome knowledgable staff and 90% of the time my vape juice is available. Their stock of devices and flavors are nice. They also have CBD item's available now.
They know there stuff. In and out no problem.
Excellent store. Knowledgeable staff. Friendly management.
