Texas Roadhouse

We did the pick up yesterday. Waited 6 minutes before I went inside because it was supposed to be brought out. I go in and they say they don't do that any more. Maybe they could have had the courtesy to tell us that. Food was good.. their technology sucks.

During these trying time of this CCP this place is by far my favorite restaurant, the staff are outstanding my server Josh was amazing very patient and confidence he enjoys his job, and made me very comfortable. Thanks to him!!nPS The food was great too!! My son enjoyed his as well!

If I could rate this place NO stars, I would. Instead of greeting me by welcoming me to Texas Roadhouse, the host said to me “do you need something?”. I replied “yes, may I have a table for 2”. At the point, I was already turned off but decided to stay because maybe the host was just having a bad day. Once my food came out my string beans and mashed potatoes were COLD. The cheese in my mashed potatoes did not even MELT. Ordered the Dallas Filet medium... Yet, it came out well done. Sent it back.... Then it came out RARE.... The manager still suggested that I pay full price for my meal even though I did not want it at the point. Completely OUTRAGEOUS. How hard is it to cook steak... I am utterly appalled with how the meal turned out and how the customer service was. I ended up just paying for my drink (strawberry lemonade) to be nice even though I did not even take a sip of it. HORRIBLE experience. I will NEVER be returning to this location.

Dinner out was wonderful. This was my first experience with hibachi. The waiter was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place. It's good to visit with the family also. Older kids would enjoy.

Honestly I worked at bear texas roadhouse for two years, I intentionally skipped transferring to middletown location because of the reviews I heard from other customers that came to our branch. Well now I see why people complain. Firstly we’re coming from dover, when we came we weren’t greeted as positively as we should have been, we came in 1.5 hours before closing but that’s no reason to be annoyed with the customers or treat them poorly. My friend and I order steaks and it takes 45 minutes to an hour for our food to come out. We cut into the steaks, I order medium, I get well-done which basically was like cutting into a tire. My friend ordered medium as well, she got half medium half well done. We send the steaks back, wait another half hour for the steaks, she got hers back RARE. The cow was still mooing. I got mine literally the same, they literally gave me the same steak twice. Our sides were colder than the freezer they came out of. The manager comes out and apologized saying she wished there was more she could do. Well... you’re the manager, there’s actually a lot you can do. The server charged my friend full price even after we didn’t touch our food, we don’t blame the server for anything but the overall service was terrible and lazy. If you can’t cook a steak correctly please don’t pretend and send it out to customers who actually know what great steak looks like. Very upset at our experience, we expected way better. Will surely be going back to Camden location or even drive further to bear.
