Used to be my favorite restaurant in Wilmington and still think some of the food options are decent, the ribs in particular are excellent. Drinks are incredible as well. My main gripe is this menu though, not sure if I’m in the minority here but I really despise this new menu which kills me to say. Stopped by Sunday for the first time in probably almost a year and they got rid of the jambalaya which was my favorite thing as well as the margherita pizza. I get that if you have a new chef they would want to create their own menu, I just find the new menu really unappealing. I may be in the minority on this who knows, it’s just my thoughts. As far as the actual food, the ribs were still awesome like I mentioned but my pizza was shockingly bad and the filet was just average. I used to love the pizza here too. Just disappointing because everything used to be amazing. Hopefully this chef is just facing a bit of a learning curve and he’ll figure it out. I don’t think I’ll be able to come back until that time though.
It's one of my favorites. I usually order the fish and chips. Never disappointed!
Was disappointed the menu was nothing like the one online... just had a salad and appetizer it was good..
This place has all makings of a legit local pub with an assortment of truly unique craft beers for this part of town and a menu with what seems nice options but the consistency in good taste and flavor isn't there. But ultimately what really ruins any potential for my wife and I was the callous, uncaring service. Where you don't feel like a customer but more a burden that we came to eat.
I only gave them 3 stars, that was for their ambiance and beautiful restaurant. It’s one of those menus where you either love it or hate it, and I hate it, sorry!!
