WSFS Bank

What a terrible experience, paid off an auto loan from another bank Named Beneficial Bank that was apparently acquired buy this Circus of a bank callednWSFS. I am currently 10 Phone calls in, a faxed written request, 3 conversions with separate managers and no one has answers, no one knows what happened to the title, also no one knows how to fax or mail a lien release and everyone is trying to come up with a quick excuse to get me off the phone.nI strongly suggest to all the new customers to stay far away from this bank since they’re obviously very disorganized, there’s no paperwork process in place and they don’t care about the customer experiencenone bit.
