Horrible customer service. Purchased M4 OPS that misfired and jammed right out of the box. They try to blame it on ammo but don't day it needs a specific type of ammo upon purchase. Ended up purchasing recommended ammo and still continue to have the same issue. No help from them at all with return, repair or assistance of any kind. They are happy to take your money then you are on your own. Rifle is currently with Walther for repair. Will be interesting what they find. I feel Jones & Jones sold a defective rifle and want nothing to do with it after purchase. Purchase weapons at your own risk. I will update when rifle is returned.
Called to ask for 5.56 and 9mm ammunition and got yelled at over the phone by Kent. I quote “NO WE DONT,” HORRIBLE way to address an answer.
