very professional and friendly stuffs! The manager( I assume he is, looks like 50+ yr old) took care of my package and have done a neat job, while at the same time, a young man calculated my rate and gave me several choices so that I don’t bother to ask. The whole process took less than 5 minutes, nicely done!
I have nothing but positive things to say about the Owners and Employees at this UPS Store. Always very courteous, responsive to all requests and are always willing to help you out in anyway they can. Ive shipped numerous packages here, made copies and have had a mailbox with them for years and they've been nothing but great to me.nnThe other reviews on here with 1 star talking about package issues and mail issues are really issues with UPS the shipping company or USPS (the post office). People don't understand that UPS Store are individually operated by community members and are not UPS or USPS, they merely use their shipping service.nnI understand it can be frustrating for UPS, USPS, FedEx or any other shipping company to lose or damage your packages. But they are trying to find a resolution through an entity which is not the one that resulted in the loss/damage.nnAlso people, if you're sending a valuable through any shipping service, spend the extra couple bucks on insurance. It'll save yourself and the employees at this or any other Shipping Store a bunch of headaches.
Terrible customer service is an understatement- if you have to mail or ship anything of value do not bring it here, unless you want children waiting on you. This branch lost a notarized document without an ounce of concern, remorse or sense of responsibility. Do not let the teenagers here handle your valuables or important papers, especially Alec!!Rude, immature and inappropriate would best describe him- should be fired!

Use any other UPS store but this one. The employee on the phone extremely rude, not customer service oriented at all.
