Wells Fargo Bank

I frequent this location and the staff is always professional, welcoming and efficient. The location is clean and well lit. There is also an ATM machine located on the outside of the building. I would recommend this location of Wells Fargo Bank.

I hardly have time to visit a bank, but today I left work early to catch the bank before they close .I arrived to the bank at 430 to try and add my wife to my daughter savings account. I was denied service to do so by some guy on duty ,he told me and my wife that they are booked for the day and told us he basically can't take care of us which I believe is bad customer service. I understand they want to close the bank on time and go home, but some of us can't make it to the bank throughout the day cause we work in the morning. I'm pretty sure it doesn't take alot of effort to link a checking and savings account together. I'm just really upset that I rushed home from work ,picked my wife and daughter up from home and got denied service cause there was only one bank teller available. That's not my fault there is only one guy available. that is just beyond terrible customer service. That right there shows you guys are not willing to go above and beyond for customer. I work retail and i was trained to make sure customers always comes first no matter what. I don't know if I would even go back to this location which is 5 min from my house it's not like I got there at 5pm.........

We love this branch the staff is more then efficient and very friendly. I know them all by name and they know mine. Nice having a small bank feeling in a large bank like this. Great job Randi, Cody, Nate, Vannei, and Sterling.

For all your bankig needs never had a problem with Wells Fargo not like the other CHUMP BANKS

Best Wells Fargo around here. The people that work here are great.
