Horrible customer service, they offer no help with resolving problems. Nobody there seems to have any type of knowledge or authority to solve problems. They promise call backs and message and do not follow through.
We have been waiting 3 months for Chase to refund our tax refund. All they have had to do was fax a form to our county office. We were never late on a payment. If so they would fine us.... should work both ways.
Customer service deplorable.
