My family recently lost my father the previous week. We needed suits for his services. Andrew and the store manager gave us the highest quality of customer service. We were not only able to get all of our needs, but even our wants. They searched neighboring stores to find the items for us and had them shipped. We couldn’t have asked for better service. We truly felt like we made friends. I highly recommend the Greenville, DE store for all of your professional and casual dress ware.
Great store, quality merchandise with excellent staff...hope it stays open
One staff member in particular has to be the rudest person I have ever encountered. I do not recommend this particular Joseph A Banks. Please go elsewhere for the quality of service and professionalism you deserve.
My husband and I just had a wonderful experience working with Wesley. He was warm, accommodating and helped us maximize savings. The store had a nice selection...we'll definately be back.
