Great customer service! Went in to buy a toy for my new cat and wasn't sure what to purchase. The sales associate suggested the perfect toy for my new pet. He absolutely loved it! Thank you Concord Pets!
Not much to say. Went in, grabbed what I needed (small mammal care). The prices were reasonable and competitive w/ the big box chain prices. A no frills store with a surprisingly large inventory for a good deal.

Have been using Concord Pet for years, Recently had an issue with one of the stores and contacted management regarding it. I received a prompt reply indicating that the issue would be dealt with immediately. Very satisfied and Im confident the issue will be resolved.
