I have called an been very appropriate speaking and always met with rude cold and abrupt comments. I understand we’re in a panda Emil and every ones safety is being considered but do u have to be so aggressive speaking I really don’t think you do.

Dr. Jose Castro was very prompt in prescribing me a COVID test. As a new patient, he also gave me the perk of having a complete blood test as well.

The whole group are phenomenal physicians. If your looking for a practice that rush and not actually listen, or treat then go ahead to. I have had the pleasure of being seen by Jose and Marcia Castro and Dr. Franklin Ampadu. They take the neccessary time needed to see and observe their patients. They are very thorough. Front desk staff are kind, patient and professional. All of the staff goes above and beyond. Very welcoming atmosphere At times the office gets super busy seeing many patients, some walk ins, it can be a very long wait at times, however, each and every doctor is worth the wait.

I'm a new patient due to my past Doctor relocating. Last week upon making the appointment, even over the phone the staff was very polite. I was so relieved to get a new patient appointment the following week for establishment.nUpon arrival, I was greeted promptly with my new patient paperwork. After I completed my paperwork, I was in a patient room within 10 minutes.nDr. Castro is very friendly, listens and helpful options. The office also has an OBGYN who is available at this location. For a busy bee like myself, having the option to go to one location to keep up on my health is very helpful and convenient.nHappy Healthy Patient!

There is a bit of a wait every time that I have a scheduled visit but there are many patients coming in and out. I absolutely love this Dr. Castro. She cares for her patients.nnJoannette who works in front desk is simply amazing. I am sure that if I need anything I can make my appointment and I will obtain the aid that I need medically and etc.nnThe first state medical team got me up to date in all my shots and on time for my Colombia missions trip in 2015. If they didn't have the shots they gave me the referrals to get completed the the injections that needed to get don't. In 2019, they continue to strive to help all the families and individuals get well.nnMy recommendation is to get more help, an extra hand, for those busy days and times.
