I have had nothing but outstanding Customer Service with every in Banking and Online Services. They treat you as if your concerns were theirs, and personalize every aspect of your problem. Before the Pandemic and during these horrible times they were there when I myself became ill and mother passed away unexpectedly. Having to live on a moderate income they treat me as if I were a billion dollar Customer. I just go to this branch and the cashiers have a terrible service I close my account with Wells Fargo

Absolutely Horrible.! Every time I come to this branch I have to wait an extremely long time. Every Friday they have two cashier line almost out the door. Today I came in on my lunch break in which I took at 1230 got to the bank about 1245. It’s now 1:17 lunch break almost over, to wait for a replacement card. I’m so damn pissed
