I like this bank. They’re nice and I haven’t had any issues whatsoever.

Got the car towed by the towing company they hire at 8 pm Friday. Bank long closed but obviously they like their breathing space on the parking lot on weekend so customers can make sure they not working.nnPlus hire the shady towing company that asked for $380 cash. Did not get any receipt either. Basically got my car towed, was told to pony $380 cash, I guess I am lucky I got my car back only with the wheel badly scratched. Looked more like TV drug deal the legit business.nnMaybe the bank get the kickback from towing company.nnShady company do the business with shady characters.nnI was a customer of citizen bank for a while but taking my business somewhere else.nnGood luck towing cars. Maybe that citizens new business model.

I dont like their customer service. Was doing everything but what i asked after i specifically made it clear three times what services i needed. They also gave my step father a hard time because they were trying to work around their duties.

I am bothered by a certain teller, I don’t know her name but she made me feel very unsafe by writing my account number down without my permission. Went in swiped my card to make a deposit, after I was done and getting ready to leave I noticed she was writing my account number down without any prior explanation of her doing so... I confronted her and asked her why and she stated she wanted to check my phone number.... but this was when I was finished and walking away makes no sense
