WSFS Bank (Temporarily Closed: Reopening 12/4)

Every time i go their and an Older lady with glasses is their she is rude screaming across the lobby to other employees telling them what to do and not to do and screaming because they have to much money in the building I think its rude and unprofessional. She will also hold up the line because she won't stop talking about her day while having her face mask half on so not even having it on properly. People just want to go in and leave but not sit their listening about someome day or politic talk. I would use the atm but it's always broke

Try their best to help clients

This branch is consistently slow and the tellers don't care while you stand there in line and they do nothing. This happens nearly every time I go there.

Great associates

Went in yesterday (Friday) with my 17 yr old daughter to open her first bank account. One gentleman was waiting in front of us. The older lady with glasses sat with him but was annoyed and basically talking to him like he was stupid the entire time. After sitting there for awhile without ever being greeted or acknowledged, 2 employees went back and forth about who was going to help us. Finally the one girl reluctantly called us to her desk and seemed to also be annoyed the whole time she was helping us and saw her roll her eyes a couple times. If you want good customer service go the extra couple of minutes to the WSFS in Midway Shopping Center. They are always pleasant and don't make you feel like you are wasting their time.
