I can usually get a feel on what I'm in for when a contractor first arrives at my house and the first impression was a good one. Techs wore proper masking and observed social distancing. Major issue with the furnace was assessed and correctly repaired. Observation and recommendation for corrective action on the flue piping was noted and repaired in-house. Reassembly and proper testing of the repaired furnace showed a positive result. Work area was left clean. This is a good company, confident and competent. I highly recommend John Barkley HVAC. And make sure he gives you 2 refrigerator magnets....
Barkley is fantastic with their communication, dependability, kindness and professionalism. The gentleman from beginning to end were always polite, answered all my questions, arrived when they were supposed to and respected my home environment. They were extremely neat and courteous throughout the installation process. I would recommend highly without reservation the Barkley team. :)
My air conditioner went down in the middle of the day during this hot & humid streak. I called the office after hours and left a voicemail. They were here the next day very polite, very efficient, - added some freon to my unit and within 45 minutes had me up and running. Price was Very reasonable. If we could give Barkley 10 stars we would. They got us in immediately to install a new unit! All of the staff were professional, timely, and extremely pleasant. A hiccup happened with the size of the unit but they did everything they could to fix the issue and obtain the proper unit that same day. Our new unit has been working flawlessly since. We highly recommend Barkley for all your heating and air needs.
I have been using Barkley for years! I used them at our old home and just had them come out and service our new one. I will take them with us wherever we go! I really don’t have anything but great things to say about this company. They are priced fairly. They explain everything to you in detail. They are very skilled in what they do. But most importantly they are trust worthy. You can be rest assured that when they leave your home that you didn’t get ripped off.
