Had to stop in the day before Thanksgiving to pick up a few things we had left at home. Staff was very helpful and pleasent. They directed me to what I needed and checked me out quickly.

In general, Pet Values are tiny stores. There is little variety in things. Keeping that in mind, this store is very nice. It's clean, the people are friendly, you are always greeted when you come in, and as long as you want something pretty basic you can get to it quickly. Specifically, the fish stuff is almost nonexistent. There is no point in going there for anything of that nature. There are plenty of basic treats and dental treats. The toy wall is pretty small, but there's enough to always find something. They have a nice variety of leashes and collars. Also noted, Pet values in general have an amazing dog bath area, especially for larger dogs that you struggle to bath in a regular bath at home. I believe it is $10 to bath them, and that also pays for the shampoo you need. It's a very nice stoned in area, very clean, very sturdy. Overall, it's a nice quaint store.

My dog loves getting a bath at Pet Valu. There are steps up to the waist high bathing area which makes it so much easier for both of us. They provide towels and shampoo and Zoey loves the blow dryer at the end. Of course her bath isn't complete without picking out a few snacks afterwards.

Every time we come in this place we always receive the best service anyone could possibly hope for. The staff truly loves animals just as much as their customers and their pride in providing personable experiences shines through with a fantastic energy. My wife and I love going in there! I highly recommend Pet Value and specifically, the Smyrna DE location!
