Umpqua Bank

Very friendly staff struggling with a horrid system. Expect long waits, not in lines, but as the tellers try and do anything outside of a deposit.

I am not a member of this bank but i needed to break a hundred dollar bill. I walk using a walker and I walked through their front door and must say that their front door is handicap friendly ; kudos for them! Also I was greeted by a clerk with a hi there and a big smile. I always enjoy being greeted right away because it makes me feel as if i matter!nThere was no line which was nice because i was in a hurry. I walked up to the first counter. And asked if she would break a hundred dollar bill. She asked if i was a member of there bank? I said no and the lady said its ok we are not busy and I'll do it for you. She counted out my change and i thanked her and wished her a good rest of her day. She said thank you and wished me a good day s also.

Great staff! Also very quick service and never much of a line. Been banking here for years!

This is the only bank I know of in Oregon that opens at 10 am and closes at 4 pm. Talk about bankers hours how ridiculous. I would even give it one star.ud83dude23
