Horrible establishment. I would not recommend this to anyone. The customer service is absolutely horrid. I walked in and greeted the person manning the register and asked about the range. His attitude was horrible and he didn’t even bother to look up from the computer. I would never spend my money at a place that can’t even give me the decency of simply making eye contact. I wish I could give 0 stars honestly.
All I wanted was a gun range that would let me shoot without any type of attitude or disrespect and that’s exactly what I got. Needed to leave another range to go here because of the rude staff. I will definitely be going back often.
Very disappointed in this establishment. I went here to rent a pistol and was told I would have to take a safety class that is $55 in order to rent a pistol here. I have been to other gun ranges that are run much better. For example if you went to this other range you are required to watch a 10 minute safety video and then an employee will get you set up with the firearm and you’re good to go very simple process. My assumption is they make it so difficult to rent a pistol here because it is in a ghetto area and I’m sure some pretty questionable people come in there.
Visited for the first time. Guy behind the counter was particularly friendly and professional. Good experience overall
Just went in today for a online firearms purchase transfer. The lady song the transfers was very nice, the guy helping with ammo was very nice and the young man who checked me out was very nice! Thanks for the great service!!
