It couldn't be simpler. Through email (my preference) I was able to ask questions and place my standing order. I've had my first delivery by a friendly, personable deliveryman who brought our six 5-gallon bottles up a flight of stairs to our front door. So convenient - I wish I'd done this much sooner!

Zach, our service representative was thorough in checking and diagnosing the problems. We are grateful that he was knowledgeable about the system, took the time, to problem solve and was able to resolve multiple problems. He even tested the pH and water quality- something that had not been done in previous visits. Grateful for his time and clearly strong work ethic... I know he started he still had four or five appts after our house- hopefully, they weren't as lengthy as ours and he was able to get hone at a reasonable hour. Thanks again!

We have received professional and personalized service from Culligan. They are a dependable company and provide excellent maintenance. We are very happy with Culligan. We receive Timely reports, sends my bills for email so that the treasurer can manage the unique billing situation.
