I ordered a replacement needle for an airbrush with The Merri Artist. Not only was it the best price I found online, but I had a great customer experience. When my needle arrived I noticed it was jammed up inside the original blister pack and bent beyond use. I emailed their customer support and sent them some photos. The Merri Artist quickly identified the issue was with the manufacturer (they forgot to put the protective cap on the tip of the airbrush), double checked that the other needles they had in stock did have the cap and would survive shipping, and sent me the replacement the same day. Fantastic customer service! I will definitely order more supplies with them in the future.

This is absolutely THE very best art supply store in the state! I make the hour & a half drive knowing I will have a wonderful time choosing paints, papers, brushes, colored pencils, books, anything & everything I need to make art. It's all there. The owners & their staff have always made me feel welcome. They are so friendly and helpful. Their prices are by far the best of any other art store I've ever shopped. Now they are my one & only art store! As someone else has said, its like going to the Disneyland of of art stores. I'm eagerly awaiting my next visit - and the next - and the next! Thank you, Merri Artist for being the best!

I have been shopping at The Merri Artist for over fifteen years. Even though I’ve moved further and further away, they continue to be my go to spot for art supplies. They have a huge inventory. All the art supplies you’ll ever need. The shop is clean, well stocked and organized. The family who run it and all of their employees (many have been there for years) are all extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It’s always a great experience when I shop here. I’m glad to see them open again. I plan on shopping here for years to come.

I’ve been purchasing from them for years. They are the best group of people and are very helpful. There stock of items are large. For a fun day we take the nearly 3 hour drive to the store but most of the time I use the web site to order through. 5 stars is really not enough, I would give them 9 stars.
