Poor selection of shoes for my teenage son. Then upon checkout we were asked if we wanted to donate $ for State of Oregon foster care. We said no, and had to ask for assistance to back out of the donation screen as $0 was not an option. The cashiers attitude quickly became snotty and rude. If people choose not to donate, or possibly don’t have the money to donate, that should be the end of it. Will not be going back to this store again.
Visited Famous Footwear this morning with my granddaughter. Excellent customer service! Made us feel very comfortable. Got several pairs of shoes. The buy one get one half off sale was great! I highly recommend them!
It was my first time there buying for me. I saw three employees out on the floor and each asked how I was and if I needed help. Though I started out browsing i later tried on a couple pair of shoes. Helping myself, I knew all I had to do is ask and they were there. Very friendly and the store was clean and bright!
The manager was great! Very helpful. Even let me know that clearance was by one get one half off. I got some great shoes for both of my kids and spent less than I expected!
