The boots I bought are fantastic. The service at the time of the sale was great as well. However I just took my boots in to have them “cleaned” and oiled and there are very clearly still big spots of dirt stuck on them that they oiled over. Great product, but I’m pretty disappoint that they’d offer cleanings and then follow through so poorly.
The person working knew the product and was knowledgeable and informative !!
Didn’t purchase anything but plan to in the future. The two ladies working were very helpful in showing me boots. Plan to stop by again.!
