Every time I come here, the service is awful. The ladies who work at the front desk are extremely rude and always have an attitude. Very disappointing.
2.5 hour PLUS wait for preemployment drug screen and PPD. Unacceptable I wouldn’t recommend this walk in ever. How can you have EXPRESS in your business name and be the slowest place in the industry.
Techs were amazing. The Dr not so much. I needed stitches and got it glued shut and got steri strips. No after care instructions. No antibiotics. He was fumbling to cover the cut with a bandaid. More iodine got on my than the cut to wash it out. I mean I could have clued it together and put a paw patrol band aid on it my myself. Next time I'll just go to the hospital.
I’m not sure how the medical service is but the flow of patients is horrible. Been waiting in the lobby for over 2 hours. People that got here after me have already gone back and have been seen. If you’re military, go to the base clinic. Way better.
