The staff is always extremely kind. I always feel welcome there. It's nice to find places that promote solid customer service but as well a good attitude positively bodes well for this establishment.
We get fantastic customer service. They custom ordered products for us in bulk. And they make a great suggestions about our dog's diet.
Great little store with so much quality product! They set up an account for me that keeps track of all my purchases. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable.
Because they are always welcoming they have done the research on animals and know what is best for them. I love the employees there and the groomers.
Was going thru town with our new puppy and didn't have appropriate provisions ... Just was too excited to make the drive to get here and left house without things... Made the stop in here after picking her up and had a great selection of toys and chews to keep her busy on the drive home
