Fur Baby Pet Resort

We are new to Milford. Fur Baby Resort has great reviews but brining our feline Baby to stay for the first time was nerve wracking to us, her human parents. Baby is about 14 years old and has arthritis in her lower back. When we initially made the reservation Samantha explained the options. We decided on the multi level condo. It had more room for her to move about which would help her joints. When we came to drop her off Sam told us she moved her to a one level condo so she didn't have to climb. Samantha gave thought to her arthritis. We were so impressed that Samantha took time to consider Baby's situation and made a great decision! Thank you Fur Baby Resort and Samantha for being so thoughtful.

Love the vibe here. You can feel the love and care there is for the fur baby of your heart. What's important is how they respond to your questions. I asked every question I could and not only were they knowledgeable but answered with much love. This is one mom and pop store you don't want to miss.

Took 2 of our dogs there today to be clipped. They charged for a nail clip that didn't need to be done and the just trimmed up the other when we asked for a short haircut. Last week we took the other 2 that needed clips and while it was chore choppy than usual it wasn't bad. When asked how we could reach the owner to complain we were told that there was no way to reach out to her. Not going back.

The absolute best staff. Extremely knowledgable and very upbeat and friendly folks. I am a new lifetime customer. The only people I trust to watch my pup.

Our two boys never look back when we enter Fur Babies Resort in Milford Delaware. They get so excited, they nearly pull our arms out of the socket. The staff are very welcoming and experienced. They make sure that the dogs are social and place same size dogs in the play areas. The staff also makes sure that each dog has had their inoculations and are healthy. The store has amazing healthy foods, snacks, and supplies. It is almost more fun for owners to shop as it is their 4-legged companions. We are faithful customers. We highly recommend Fur Babies Resort.
