Ambient Care Express Milford

Took my daughter in to be seen for a possible ear infection. Staff was rude and lacked communication. After waiting for over an hour in a room for a doctor to tele-visit with, I asked one of the team members how much longer. Their response was that they could not reach a doctor and were holding waiting for one to log in. (Thanks for not telling me while we were waiting) We left. Returned the next morning to be told to just wait outside there was another person ahead of me. I went outside and asked the 1 person standing outside if she was waiting to be seen. She told me she was instructed to wait outside when she arrived without further explanation she had no idea what was going on. I went back inside to ask Questions to ensure it wouldn’t be a repeat of the previous day. The woman sitting behind the desk, on the phone was rude, nor could inform me of basic information. I left again, called Camden Walk-in and went there. Trying to stay closer to my home was a mistake. Never again will I take my child to Ambient.

Very disgusting people. Didn’t make you feel welcome the receptionist had an attitude and Dr. was rude and disrespectful to me and my son. Won’t be coming back.

The staff is always super friendly. It’s pretty straightforward, always in and out quick and easy. They even do X-rays in the Milford location which is a huge plus. The office interior itself isn’t super fancy so don’t go expecting a five star resort. But I get what I need when I need it without bothering with an ER or trying to get in with my PCP.

I couldn't give this place enough stars in the sky. Absolutely the best experience I've had at a doctors office in 24 years. Sara and Debbie (I'm horrible with names I apologize if that isnt right) were absolutely exceptional. During a very difficult time for me they listened with open ears for all my concerns; the doctor was phenomenal and so caring towards my situation. There just aren't enough words to express how wonderful my experience was and how thankful I am to this clinic. Sara truly was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me out! Great great GREAT place and staff!!!

This place is awesome! The Henry’s had me in and out in no time! Loved the telemedicine experience. This is the place to go where you can have all your labwork and xrays done at the same time. They make you feel comforable and no need to have a prescription, they fax direclty to pharmacy. Also needed a referrel to eye specialist which they handled and empoyees scheduled for me. Great staff! Everyone should try it!
