Great customer service! Cory helped me try on the different styles to figure out what I liked best and helped me decide what sizes I needed for those styles! Although the shoes I chose were not available in my size at the store, I was able to order them there and have them shipped to my house! Super convenient and easy! My Rothys are by far the most comfortable shoes I own!
I bought a pair online that didn’t quite fit right. I went to the Georgetown store and received excellent service. The associates were very polite and honored my first responders discount even though the shoes that were eligible for discount were not available in store. Still went ahead and gave me a pair so that I could go home with something.
I love my Rothy’s and the sales person was extremely helpful when I visited. That being said, it’s not really a store where you can browse as it’s very small and they have limited stock.
A little pricey for shoes made of recycled plastic. While they do seem flexible, the soles on the walking shoes are rather thick. However, the sales representative are well trained. Sadly they don't make any men's running. It's a great concept overall.
I got a pair of Rothy’s for Christmas that just weren’t quite the perfect fit. Unsure of what I wanted, I decided to make the hour drive to their DC store. Let me tell you, it was 100% worth it!! They gave quick, excellent, and truly personalized service. When the pair I decided on wasn’t available in store, they helped me order it online right then and there. The best part? My shoes shipped in less than 24 hours and will be here two days after I ordered them. Rothy’s is an awesome company, and the staff here in DC are truly amazing!
