Bought leather gloves yesterday from this shop. It is well presented from the outside and clothes look to be nice on the inside, but the product is awful. The gloves were normally $120 with 30% off so still $90. Got them out of the store and after one night they now have scuff marks just from regular snow that won't come out. Went back to store and other than wiping it with water only an exchange for something else was offered despite a receipt and only having them for one night. That is terrible they wouldn't give me my money back, and for that much of a premium please go somewhere else.

The shirts are terrible quality. A sleeve button broke during my first day wearing one shirt. Loose threads everywhere.nnThe staff was also unhelpful. They were more interested in getting me in and out for a quick sale than helping me choose the right fit and patterns.

I had a fantastic experience at Sarar! I was running late looking for a last minute French cuff shirt and the staff was super helpful and friendly. It was easy to work with the staff (shout-out to Deszia!) to find the shirt and other accessories I needed to complete my outfit. They were having a great sale at the time but I also never felt pressured to purchase anything I didn't actually need or want. I will definitely be going back in the future for my formal needs.
