Both women at Comfort One were knowledgeable and gracious. Yvonne helped me find a comfortable, stylish pair of shoes in my price range. Would highly recommend this shop! They move quickly and are responsive, but I never felt rushed. I only wish I had known about this store sooner. Thank you, Yvonne, for your professionalism and kindness!

Michelle was SO accommodating. The shoe I wanted was not in my size so Michelle had to fast order them and ship them to me. She saw that I was anxious not to miss my train so she kept me calm while getting all my information! I can’t wait to receive my shoes!! Thank you!

I'm from Colorado and made the mistake of wearing cowboy boots to walk around DC in. So after killing my feet the first day I had to get something this storm was the closest and most convenient located in Union station with easy metro access! 8t was an expense I wasn't planning on but will make the rest of my trip that much more enjoyable!
