I have purchased several pairs of shoes/ boots from this store of late. Customer service is night and day from previous location and management. The staff is really informative and excited about the product.

Use a firm hand with staff — they will respond appropriately. Probably the best shoes on the market, at least among shoes made in America. Fitted correctly, very comfortable. And they break in nicely. I have two pair, will be buying more.

Bought a nice belt there. Service was exceptional and the quality of the merchandise is amazing. I don’t mind spending $325 for a belt. It’s something I’ll pass down to my son.

It took me year to remember to write this review... The saleperson was nice ; but took measurement of my feet and still sold me shoes way too small, 9C us when Im a 9F uk... never trust a salepersln that tells you the shoes will stretch, especially in black calf. I now work in the shoe industry too and realize how bad the experience was. I should have been advised a size longer and also more width, and why not try to sell me cordovan ?

Great service and excellent shoes. The exact type of service that you’d want when buying shoes in this price range. No pressure, calm, and knowledgeable.
