I believe the standard of care has gone down appreciably due to CCO meddling. This clinic was fine years ago. Then the last few visits I had felt more like gatekeeping than anything else. Serious feeling like their prerogative was primarily to discourage access to care.

My Physician really cares. Listens really well. Very nice nurses and staff, too. Nice environment. Great communicator via medical messaging! Fast responses.

If I were to rate this anything I would honestly rate it a negative one star for it's atrocious automated systems that make me want to go full Kyle and punch holes in drywall while swinging monster energy drink. because no one wants to hear we know your time is valuable three times in a row every two minutes why they sit on hold waiting for 30 minutes maybe even more maybe even yet 2 hours. Who services are so forth rightly incompetent I have to leave my house and walk all the way there halfway across town just to schedule an appointment. your services are detestable when it comes to phone interactions. you don't care about my time stop putting us in file cabinets and start doing your jobs professionally by answering your phones without being godless capitalists who's only concern is money. I am seriously thinking about switching providers because I'm sick of the incompetence of these godless robot phone operators that do nothing besides invoke holy righteous anger within me makes me want to scream DEUS VULT! as I break my boot off in someone's ass . Currently sitting on hold- 28 minutes and still counting, and that’s been my experience every time I’ve called. At this point I have to call you, then watch an entire Netflix show while periodically hearing “we know your time is valuable, please wait on the line” before you pick up, and please don’t give me the number of your “quality manager” like you do in your generic response to every other review. I’m sure I’d have to sit on hold with them for 30 minutes too before I’d ever get through.

They take more than 20 minutes to answer calls and when you go in person they ask you call in a rude manner. The receptionists and person at front to greet you, take temperature are really rude. Receptionists have the worst customer service!!! where can I make a complaint?
